A day in the life…
The ideal Marketing Operations Project Manager is organized and adaptive with the ability to manage high-volume campaigns and mitigate risk in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Manage day-to-day development of digital & print content from request through delivery of creative assets for web, mobile, email, digital advertising and print channels.
• Pro-actively build and maintain strong partner relationships with various teams across the organization to facilitate and produce content updates and deliverables.
• Manage risk and resource capacity by estimating, tracking and forecasting hours for all teams in the content development work stream.
• Facilitate and negotiate content due dates and deliverables to optimize content output.
• Continually enhance workflow for ongoing improvements to content development.
• Deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership, professionalism, and proactive problem solving.
• Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through relationship building and collaboration.
• Deliver productivity through time efficiency and a commitment to strong results.
You own this if you have…
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-7 years experience in digital & print project management across all channels.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload, able to work independently.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a core understanding of e-commerce and marketing success measurements and goals.
• Strong appreciation for the creative process and branded design.
• Strong team player with experience in negotiation and team building.
• Ability to motivate and provide leadership to internal teams across a variety of disciplines.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in MS Office suite.
