Purpose:
Support Vice President Sourcing Operations in implementing a world class Apparel sourcing strategy. Create a multi-season allocation strategy that optimizes allocation on a group level in terms of reliability, cost, duty savings, speed to market, quality, innovation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain allocation simulation tool that steers allocation decisions and priorities.
• Creates multi season roadmap for suppliers and BU s and prepare documentation for supplier and BU meetings
• Align allocation strategy with functional leads (e.g. costing, material and manufacturing innovation)
• Manage and drive cross functional strategic initiatives (e.g. Modular design, virtualization) to ensure that company standards and strategic objectives are met
• Provide all necessary information (documents) and support for project roll out to all LO’s.
• Drive the supplier incentive program GASA as a lever for building capabilities and align across divisions
• Define strategic GASA milestones and link seasonal roadmap to individual milestone achievements
• Is fully informed and aware of factors (political, economic & strategic) likely to impact business operations in responsible factories – reports back to Vice President Sourcing Operations

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Strong analytical skills
• Management experience, including leading, developing and motivating people and building effective teams
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and result orientation
• Basic understand of the apparel business
• Strong planning & organizing skills
• Pro-active approach and thinking outside of the box
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree from educational entity preferably in related fields
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in related Industry
• Experience on Product Creation / Execution
