Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Proactively work with internal team members and external customers to collect user requirements, design & develop reporting layouts. Assist team lead by preparing data to analyze & support continuous process improvement project tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prepare reports for the business needs as per agreed timeline for the entire Order Management team
• In conjunction with internal team members, review the reporting layout, suggest areas for improvement and make development on existing reports as required
• Achieve agreed department KPI’s to drive superior service level delivery
• Contribute on the team’s continuous business process improvement initiatives and targets
• Perform data analysis based on data collected from internal system as required
• Handle & assist on ad-hoc & ongoing projects
• Support administrative tasks for the Order Management team
Key Relationships:
• SCM Market functions
• Sourcing Operations, Liaison Offices, and Factories
• X-functional Global Supply Planning
• Global functions such as COE Logistics/Sourcing/Supply Chain Management, Global Data Management, Global IT
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• English language proficiency required; Mandarin is preferred
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Strong reporting & analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint, Visio) skills are essential and experience using SAP is desirable, as well as adidas group based software (eRoom, SIM, GPS, etc.)
• Ability to contribute to a team environment and work under pressure
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University graduates preferable in information system, business administration, logistics & supply chain operations or relative discipline
• Minimum 2-3 year experience in PO Management, supply chain or logistics
• Experience in apparel or footwear industry preferred
• Hands-on experience on writing MS Access Queries, MS Excel Macro (VBA Editor), MS Share Point 2013. Experience in using SAP preferred
