Description
Supply Chain Innovation – A services organization in relentless pursuit of a best in-industry Supply Chain. Key activities and skill sets include:

Direct to Consumer Supply Chain – the mission of this team is to get the right product, to the right place, at the right time and create the right consumer experience through three retail dimensions: digital, inline and factory stores. Key activities and skill sets include:
• Consumer and marketplace awareness
• Self-motivation to deliver results and a strong ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Sales and Operations Planning – the mission of this team is to drive integrated business planning and help lead the geographies to achieve sustainable, profitable growth while maintaining a “pull” market. Integrated business planning relies on cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Demand Planning and Inventory Management, Finance and Sales and Operations Planning to better forecast sales, revenue, and inventory to operationally execute those financial plans. Key activities and skills set include:
• Ensuring operating plans are clearly understood and aligned across multiple functions
• Proactive visibility and management of risks and opportunities to the portfolio
• Timely, closed-loop decision making
Logistics and Operations – The mission of this team is to deliver on consumer expectations, and ensure that the right product makes it to the right place at the right price. Key areas of the business within this team include:
• Logistics
• Distribution
• Inventory
• Planning
• Transportation and Trade
Always Available– the mission of this team is to ensure high levels of customer service by always having consumer must-have product available.
Demand Planning and Inventory Management – the DPIM team ensures that we plan to have the right inventory in the right amount at the right time. The areas of this team include:
• Demand Planning: develops product forecasts to achieve category revenue and profitability goals
• Inventory Planning and Purchasing: execution of purchases that balance supply and demand
• Inventory Operations – manages inventory and inventory forecasts as well as balances costs and deliveries
• Center of Excellence – strengthen the processes and tools so the team and perform their role.
Qualifications
• MBA completed by June 2018
• Background in Business, Management, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
• 5-7 years' cross functional supply chain experience
• Ability to network, influence, and utilize internal and external resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have experience presenting to diverse audiences including senior leadership
• Must have experience working with high profile cross-functional teams
• Passion for and background in analytics and data management preferred
