Description
As our Organizational Capability Director, you will Contribute to a Center of Excellence approach through the design, development and modeling of methodologies and best practices in whole systems thinking, change theories, methodologies, models, tools and templates. In partnership with Sr. HR Business Partners, Talent Planning Directors and Employee Engagement Managers, steward organization development and design initiatives that facilitate the achievement of strategic business outcomes. You'll stay current on best practices in organization and human resource development trends, technologies, and best practices. You will manage the development of metrics and scorecard for priority Organization Development and change projects to determine success of business solutions and impact. In addition, you will develop a best practices toolkit for the Global HR community to enable functional stewardship of OD and change.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related behavioral science, or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience across all core consultative and administrative areas of HR including Organizational Capability and Planning, Talent Management, Compensation and Total Rewards and Infrastructure
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Organizational Development (including support at the VP, GM C - Suite level)
• Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Consulting, Business or Legal is preferred
• Experience working in a global environment across multiple brands
• Extensive large scale whole systems project management experience and expertise
• Proficiency in Organization Development theories, philosophies and methods
• Demonstrated expertise in coaching, teaching, and providing feedback at the executive level
• Ability to negotiate and influence within a matrix organization
• Demonstrated initiative to analyze and resolve problems quickly, efficiently, and collaboratively
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends/ consequences and create innovative strategies
