PURPOSE
To act as a single point of contact for store support (this includes answer general queries, providing operational and/or process guidance and undertaking administrative or transactional activities).
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver excellence to retail store teams through high quality guidance, support, advice and administrative assistance where required.
• Operate in accordance to clearly defined SLA’s and Store Support procedures.
• Support the retail network by absorbing store task and process ongoing in order to drive in-store productivity.
• Provide scheduled and ad-hoc performance reporting to retail store management (including on-going compliance to core operating process).
• To administer retail store access requests.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
• Experience of SAP and/or Point of Sale preferred
• Good Understanding of Excel
EXPERIENCE
• Retail Store Experience preferred
