Marketing Program Management
• Develop Annual and Long Range Plans that will deliver key strategic and financial brand goals. Including: volume, profit, expansion, share of market and brand equity measures.
• Ensure excellence in the development and implementation of all marketing strategies and programs articulated in Annual Plan/LRP.
• Interface with agencies and cross functional teammates to lead in development and implementation of successful programs within agreed upon time, process and budgetary requirements.
• Develop and present compelling presentations for sell in of key initiatives to constituents including: corporate, sales, international, and other cross functional groups.
• Exhibit strong familiarity and comfort with Hue product, key retail visual and merchandising efforts- Hue philosophy is tied to product as being central to success.
• Work with agency on development and execution of PR and Social Media plans
Brand Analytics
• Work with Research, Sales Analytics and Consumer Care teams to identify key consumer, competitive and retail trends impacting future strategy. Offer insights into these trends as part of your contribution to annual and long range plans.
• Track success of: new products, positioning, advertising, PR, social media, packaging and promotion and evaluate next steps to insure goals are met.
• Serve as key brand expert providing insights on what’s working and what’s not to the organization and recommendations for plans to insure success. (including depth of knowledge regarding target consumers and key retail customers)
• Work with research resources to identify new data needed and to insure data acquisition implemented in effective and timely manner.
People Development and Interface
• Work with direct reports to provide feedback and insure development plans in place to develop a team that is learning, and growing.
• Work effectively with all key functional teams including: sales, design, merchandising, customer care, international, e commerce, planning and operations AND with external partners including: PR firm, Advertising firm, media planning group in order to deliver annual and long term results and goals.
• Assist in the evaluation of agency resources and in identifying new partners as needed.
• Support new program sell in, new retail visual efforts via presentation to internal teammates, agency partners and retailers as needed.
Required Skills:
• Fundamental marketing and marketing strategy skills, excellent communication, organization and time management skills; analytical skills; knowledge of computer applications
Required Experience:
• 4 Year College degree, preferably in Marketing; MBA preferred
• 5+ to 7 years of Experience
