Responsibilities
• Enter website content into the merchandising/publishing module, and deploy to production environment, refreshing content on home and category pages daily & ensuring pricing and product presentation follow proper merchandising guidelines for each assigned site. Monitor product mix to assure brand identity is preserved.
• Develop and execute digital content plans in collaboration with eCommerce Marketing Managers, Category Managers, Purchasing, Multi-Channel Marketing, Digital Content Coordinators, etc. to ensure website content and promotional efforts achieve sales objectives, and are in line with brand attributes.
• Coordinate all graphics needs with Web Graphic Designers.
• Work closely with IT to create, implement, test and analyze new innovative functionality as well as fixes to existing functionality.
• Assist other departments in the implementation of new functionality as it pertains to the changing market trends of Digital Content, Merchandising, SEO and Social Media platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming meetings with eCommerce Marketing Managers, Category Managers, Graphic Artists, Digital Content Coordinators, and SEO Specialists to define merchandising tactics and promotions while keeping current with SEO guidelines.
• Work closely with Marketing Analysts and Consumer Insights to analyze session and sales data daily to help define the optimal content for each site, and to maximize sales while providing management with reports and recommendations.
• Perform periodic User Acceptance Testing, working in accordance with the Product Owners on various value streams.
• Participate in A/B testing, multi-variant testing, and user testing to support deployment of new features, migration to new platform, and bug fixes.
Qualifications
To qualify for an internship with Footlocker.com/Eastbay, individuals must:
• Be a junior or senior in college, or a Spring 2017 graduate
• Arrange the internship with the educational institution on a for-credit basis, if necessary.
• Schedule according to the following business hours: Summer internship hours are Monday-Friday (40 hours/week). Internships begin on June 5, 2017 and end August 18, 2017. Any exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.To apply:
