The Donna Karan Company LLC, one of the world's leading fashion houses, seeks an Email Producer to join the E-Commerce team based in New York City.
This position is responsible for the day to day management, execution and optimization of the DKNY email program. Main objective of the position is the development and deployment of weekly marketing and automated email campaigns. The Email Producer manages the email process workflow to include: Producing html emails, list segmentation and ownership of the email planning calendar in collaboration with the strategy of the CRM, Creative, e-Commerce and Retail departments.
Responsibilities:
• Create, deploy, track and report on all DKNY email campaigns
• Hand code HTML into emails, create templates, and create dynamic campaigns
• Manage list segmentation and list cleansing
• Monitor email deliverability and list hygiene to ensure optimal inbox placement Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR, open rates, engagement, and retention
• Development and implement regular A/B testing to optimize campaigns
• Understand and apply best practices to remain competitive and legally compliant
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors as necessary in the creation and implementation of email campaigns
Qualifications:
• BA degree in Marketing/Communication or Analytical
• 2-4 years online marketing-specific experience, optimally focused on email marketing
• Strong knowledge of HTML and email coding
• Experience with an ESP provider and marketing automations is required, ideally with Responsys.
• Understanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, performance metrics, etc.
• Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives
• Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics and ROI analysis
• Strong computer skills, effective time management, organizational and leadership skills
