Primary Purpose:
Working with Producers for brand team on the execution of creative projects..
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Production to…
Photography
• Creating Shot lists and managing sample inventory
• Partnering with Global Merchandising, PR and Design Management to collect samples
• Manage internal photo shoot schedules and ensure that images are retouched and placed on server in a timely manner
Managing Design Layouts
• Managing creative requests/projects for cross functional partners including Public Relations, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, Human Resources and more
• Creating schedules for Client and Creative team
• Routing and marking up design layouts and communicating changes needed
• Ensuring continuity and consistency throughout the layouts for each project
Invoices
• Set up New Vendors (reach out vendors to retrieve W9 and contact information)
• Record invoices to proper Budget Spreadsheets
• Ensure invoices are sent to Proper Departments / Appropriate AP Contacts
Miscellaneous
• Scheduling Messenger Service
• UPS and DHL Mailing and Packaging

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have strong sense of urgency.
• Experience with developing schedules and timelines for multiple projects.
