Responsibilities
Under the leadership and direction of the Global Director, Visual Merchandising, you will lead the development and flawless execution across key retail experience projects, with an initial focus on our factory outlet channel, transforming the entire experience in collaboration with store development, brand marketing, product merchandising, and regional operation cross functional teams. You will be lead this transformation and deliver experience materials, goals, objectives, and gain the alignment of the leadership team. You will work with regional operations teams to drive flawless execution and establish a new benchmark and pilot that will be implemented throughout all regions.
Additionally, you will partner with the in-line global visual merchandising team to standardize retail process and procedure, and imbed visual merchandising strategy into the culture of the New Balance business.
• Effectively influence cross functional teams to achieve visual merchandising excellence
• Work within region and country to develop stronger visual merchandising capability
• Develop Visual Merchandising training modules and establish a global training HR system
• Established Visual Merchandising professional with proven track record for building and leading teams
• Dynamic leader with the ability to create strong cross functional partnerships across all levels
• Expert at creating and executing Visual Merchandising Concepts and In-store presentations
• Strategic leader with focus on driving results and brand building
Qualifications
• 10 + years experience in a Visual Merchandising leadership role with a vertical retail business
• Bachelors degree in marketing, fashion merchandising, visual merchandising
