The L’Oreal Tech Incubator group is looking for an ambitious junior graphic designer with an interest in learning about user experience and user interface design. The Incubator works across many brands to help find opportunities for connecting beauty to technology. The person will be expected to work alongside senior designers, engineers, data scientists, and project managers. In the course of this role there will be exposure to the latest technology centered around virtual reality, augmented reality, connected and or ‘smart’ devices.
We are looking for a talented designer to create amazing user experiences on and off the screen. The ideal candidate should produce clean and artful designs in a detail-oriented and rapidly responsive manner. Further, we are looking for someone who displays superior UI skills and is able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. This person will use the adobe suite to create beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

• Building Mobile App Information Infrastructures
Wireframing
Prototyping
User Interface conceptual Designs
Style Guiding
Slicing Designs for iOS & Android Developers
Facilitate Market & Consumer Research
DESIRABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Design, User Experience or related field
Portfolio of digital and/or graphic designs
Understanding of interaction design, and designing intuitive user interfaces and navigation
Ability to rapid prototype creative concepts is a must
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required)
Familiarity with PowerPoint
