SkinCeuticals Intern - Marketing
Driven, proactive, productive, passionate, eager to learn/improve, self-motivated, team and detail-oriented are qualities necessary for success in this role. Provide assistance to the marketing team with an emphasis on customer acquisition, B2B and B2C initiatives, operational marketing, and necessary follow up as well as assist with other US marketing projects on an as needed basis. This internship will report to the Assistant Vice President of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Marketing team to provide overall support and help execute projects across various platforms
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage projects and coordinate deliverables
• Ideate new promotions, animations, GWPs, consumer surveys
• Work closely with Product Managers to pulse and grow field sales initiatives
• Scour and obtain competitive information
• Assist with administrative team needs (M53, SRM, DPM, POs, Invoice management
• Weekly/monthly analytics: reporting on category sales performance and other KPIs
• Creative team briefs and routing coordination
• Help with organizing meetings and conference calls
• New product launch support:
• Track offers
Track collateral
Track inventory
• Demand Planning
• Assist brand managers with digital content creation and website updates
• Assist brand managers with loyalty program
• Assist brand managers with consumer and customer insight gathering and analysis
• Ad-hoc marketing projects
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; must have graduated within the past 12 months
• Must provide valid work authorization in the United States
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent written, analytical and communication skills
• Highly analytical individual with excellent understanding of data management and ability to use Excel to organize data, create reports, and deliver meaningful insights and recommendations
• Ability to self-manage projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High level of organization, ability to overcome obstacles
• Creative thinking
• Willingness and ability to own, follow up on, and complete any administrative tasks
• Articulate, personable with strong interpersonal skills
