Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Drive sell-through by effectively implementing the VM strategy and execution for retail space projects in key doors and VM execution in retail stores, key multi and all mono brand stores according to Global best practice and in a consistent, cost-effective and premium way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement global merchandising concepts & standards for display and ensure ISC standards and requirements are all supporting service excellence and driving first moment of truth (sell out focus)
• Maximize Sales and Profit within Retail and Wholesale mono brand stores by implementing an effective visual merchandising based on Global’s strategy and process ensuring proper representation of the brand through consistent presentation standards in line with the marketing strategy and continuous optimization of store layouts (space allocation and space management)
• Visit stores regularly to ensure merchandising concepts and standard for display and ISC standard are well implemented.
• Facilitate a smooth interaction between Sales teams, Global and Local Store Development and all involved trade and retail marketing stakeholders to deliver with speed and excellence.
• Implement space and account specific visual merchandising guidelines and drive consistency in execution across the entire market.
• Effectively execute cross-channel visual merchandising in cooperation with Trade Marketing team and Sales team.
• Report on retail space productivity and make recommendations to management for continuous improvement in managed spaces.
• Provide input on global toolbox performance into Global Concept-to-Consumer.
• Train and develop store staff to ensure high quality of VM performance.
• Ensure that all products are properly displayed in stores according to company standards
• Ensure all windows are displayed in line with specified marketing calendar/campaigns and comply with window guidelines to ensure these are presented to a high standard, including window stickers, graphics and mannequins.
• Relevant KPIs include : Sales / sq ft, Brand SOB by Key Account, Sell-through by Key Account, Conversion, VM Store Audit Score, Executional excellence

• Global Concepts-to-Consumer team
• Market Wholesale team
• Market Retail team
• Third parties (e.g. agencies, suppliers, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Experience working in an external facing marketing, sales or operations role in the retail industry (preferably in the sporting goods industry)
• Proven project management experience
• Solid experience with MS-office, sourcing- and DTP-applications
• Experience in both market and above market organization preferred
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Business, or equivalent professional experience
• Over 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in local language (if applicable) preferred
