Description
Role & Responsabilities:
• Manage the development plan for E-commerce and Online in the Affiliate, aligned with the Global and Regional Teams, enabling the brands to achieve the expected results as well the annual sales target;
• Lead the team, developing new capabilities in the Online Team, in order to create a succession planning in the area;
• Develop online calendar, planning and execution for online channel in terms of merchandising, activity planning, and customer service;
• Deliver a range of integrated cross-channel projects on time, on budget and on brand which will contribute to: overall brand awareness, generating buzz, sales conversion and building a deeper relationship with the costumer
• Implement new analytics capabilities for the area, working in partnership with Marketing teams and key Retailers (Sephora, Beleza na Web);
• Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, email database growth and behavior, marketing programs;
• Develop the brand sites and retailers communications plans for site performance growth, retention & conversion;
• Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, conversion, AUS and return rate on a weekly basis in order to increase brand sales and profit;
• Track and analyze competitive beauty e-retailer landscape. Stay aware of e-communication trend and programs as they relate to the beauty channels;
• Establish and maintain high level communication and accountability with the brands and region contacts;
• Direct digital marketing investment and coordinate the e-commerce P&L & SIOP process;
• Develop, optimize existing as well as explore new partnerships and digital marketing opportunities in the Brazilian market;
• Manage and leverage existing online retailer partnerships and explore new opportunities with authorized retail partners;
• Monitor and analyze Regional/Affiliate website activities, report feedback and optimization;
• Ensure measurement and analyze online campaign metrics and advise appropriate adjustments to ensure maximum ROI;
• Ensure online projects/communication is in alignment with approved operational plan, budget, and schedule for initial brands;
• Work closely with marketing and Brand Manager to drive online media integration across traditional communication plans;
• Identify best in class agencies and opportunities;
• Advise the implementation and utilization of new functionality for websites, with internal Affiliate/Regional requests;
• Manage sample inventory and online marketing offerings as it relates to samples at checkout, unique promo box offers.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in Ecommerce area in multinational companies, preferably in Cosmetics, Fashion or Luxury industry environment;
• Strong leadership skills; sets clear priorities and performance goals for the team and eliminates barriers to the team’s success;
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) – Spanish will be a plus;
• Strong customer focus and knowledge in business;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment.
