This role will be a fixed-term maternity cover contract only.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with VP of Global Partnerships and Events to deliver and grow global partnerships strategy, focused on brand and commercial growth
• Plan and execute activities, driving the detail including critical path management, budget, marketing planning and stakeholder engagement
• Connect and align marketing channels around key partnership-related deliverables (across Events, PR, Corporate Communications, Social Media, Bought Media and Creative Design functions) and brief supporting creative assets
• Day-to-day relationship management of existing and prospective partners, understanding their business focuses and challenges in order to identify and respond to their needs effectively
• Measure KPI’s, communicating activity and results to keep confidence of partnerships programme high within Senior Leadership Team & wider business
• Integrate and connect with regional marketing and partnership teams through sharing information, briefs and planning visibility
• Brief and liaise with core, non-marketing, functions from across the business to ensure a framework of operations, processes and resource are well managed and upheld (inc. Supply Chain, Merchandising, Customer Operations, Service and Productivity, and Logistics)
• Work closely with Burberry’s Legal Counsel on drafting partner agreements and contracts
• Identify new and innovative partner opportunities, with unique customer experiences at the center, and make next step recommendations to Global VP Partnerships and Events, in-line with business objectives and focuses
• Proactively monitor and benchmark industry partnership standards in order to provide updates and expert view to business
• Work closely with colleagues within wider ‘Experience’ team to support with insight, contacts and general resource to help them deliver high profile customer experiences and events. Be mindful of high pressure periods and flexible to working patterns and demands.
EXPERIENCE:
• 5 years of Marketing and partnership programme management within Fashion and/or Luxury Lifestyle industries, including creative content and asset briefing for HNWI customer audiences

• Ability to manage multiple planning and logistical tasks independently, within challenging timeframes, and with meticulous attention to detail
