MISSION/ROLE:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the brand's efforts to bring the Cole Haan narrative to consumers across every touchpoint. This role will most actively support the Brand, Retail and Wholesale teams providing support for all day-to-day activity related to the development and execution of effective communications. They will touch aspects of campaign production specifically photo shoot preparation, sample coordination, fulfilling asset requests, finance administration, and cross-functional alignment and integration.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Provide support on production shot list development (inline and international) working with marketing and cross-functional partners to collect and organize all information in a diligent and timely fashion
• Support the Associate Marketing Manager to pack trunks for seasonal photo shoots, assist in unpacking trunks and returning samples to appropriate owner
• Support the team in the development of the campaign guidelines document for each season
• Assist in Retail event approval and grassroots marketing asset creation
• Provide creative development support for in-store signage needs by preparing briefs and distros -- in conjunction with Manager, Retail Marketing -- and working with Brand Design, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing Leads to execute
• Own the communication of retail mall promotions, Cole Haan Connect requests, and calendaring
• Maintain monthly store marketing calendars and mall marketing contact information
• Provide support for International and Wholesale on the supply of Media Bin and assets
• Assist with legal logistics and clearances for all forms of communication
• Partner with Public Relations Coordinator to check in incoming sample deliveries from factories / Merchandising and organize accordingly
• Contribute to consumer learning by reading and observing relevant cultural and industry behavior and sharing observations with the team
• Provide financial administration support, via SAP, for both Brand and Retail as needed
• Generally, support any Marketing projects -- planned and ad hoc

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience with proven ability to be both analytical and creative
• Creative problem solving skills a must
• Proven success driving projects and concepts through to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, consensus-building skills, with ability to communicate across multiple audiences in complex organizational structure
