This role is responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing & optimizing our Paid Media campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Manage day-to-day operations of Paid Media campaigns, including Paid Search keyword development, campaign optimization, display, Google Shopping, analytics, etc.
• Work with Digital Marketing team directly to communicate campaign results & develop strategies, tactics & initiatives necessary to achieve goals
• Work with Merchandising team to plan promotional mechanics and support new-product launches
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and latest developments in Paid Search, Display & Social Media advertising
• Analyze & optimize Paid Media campaigns from the keyword to the landing page, identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the customer journey & work with Site Managers to implement learnings on the website
• Create and implement campaign tests to achieve actionable results and improve campaign performance
QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree.Preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Finance or Math
• 1 year of hands-on experience managing search and/or display campaigns required.2 or more years of experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience in at least 1 web analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) required.2 or more years of experience preferred.
• Experience using enterprise bid-management software such as Marin, Kenshoo or Adobe Media preferred.
• Knowledge of Adwords scripting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in communicating data-analysis results in user-friendly formats (Powerpoint, Word, WebEx, etc.)Experience with advanced dashboarding and reporting in BI/analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, Klipfolio, Pentaho, etc.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work both with a team and/or individually to achieve goals, meet deadlines, etc.
