Description
rovides visual merchandising & store design service to the Latin America Region (Mexico, Brazil, South Cone, Venezuela and Ceca Affiliate) across different brands.
Applying & adapting Architectural Concept to regional SDVM projects & constraints according to Global & Regional Brand’s Store Design and Visual Merchandising Guidelines, taking into account local obligations and respectfully to timing and quality requirements.
Store Design & Visual Merchandising Responsibilities
Be dedicated “Brand Ambassador” and protect Brand Equity
Apply & Adapt Global Store Design & VM Concepts guidelines to regional projects & constraints within timing and quality
Drive innovation at store level, Build in store brand consistency worldwide
Draft 2D and 3D plans (Strong ability in 2D and 3D software mastering)
Coordinate external/internal project validation
Establish complete Construction Drawings Set (in coordination with Engineering depart.)
Participate in Technical Guidelines development and quality control of execution details
Control project installation budget and schedule
Analyze and report market needs and specificities to support optimization of Architectural (Store Concept) Guidelines
Identify and suggest areas of improvements to increase visibility and brand presence at POS.
Generate competitive intelligence Ensure up-to-date analysis of competition as well as current and upcoming fashion trends across the
Market
Communication and Organization
Maintain constant contact with Global & Affiliates, SD & VM teams, Engineering, IP Department and Process & Development Department
Ensure Constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication
Establish a list of preferred and reliable freelance consultants to unsure workload smoothness
Key skills:
Highly creative skills & Work experience at a Store Design field
Knowledge of store design, store planning and construction methods
Knowledge of the regional and local Points of Sales specificities (FSS, Department stores, Perfumeries)
Creativity and open-mindedness to Contemporary Art world, knowledge of architect profession, strong willingness to discover novelties, acute artistic erudition
Radiant positiveness, exuberant enthusiasm, genuine energy
Proactive, organized and detail oriented
Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and varied personalities

Great Communication skills and Summarization capabilities
