Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Implement all digital communications strategies, campaigns and activations according to the local and global defined communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the [adidas.com] site and all relevant digital communications channels/platforms in cooperation with global strategy and collaborate with CRM, BU’s and eCom.
• Ensure and Execute global & local brand campaign, brand calendar in collaboration with global brand management team and local agency.
• Implement cross category brand campaign through relevant digital channels and platforms in cooperation with BU team.
• Assist in the creation of digital content in accordance with BU and Brand strategies.
• Assist in planning and execution of Digital and eSports
• Support cross category concept sell-in marketing plan coordination and consolidation with Local CTC and BU
• Consolidate and report the market category brand MWB execution and ROI analysis in digital channels and platforms
• Analyze and report on digital trends and competitors and what’s next in digital marketing for the further enhancement.
• Track BU digital media platform performance and take actions to increase consumer experience in the platform.
• Manage and coordinate communication between Digital/Social agencies with BU
• Collect and manage consumer insight and market research data of brand and category based on locally relevant target consumer.
• Deliver appropriate channel activation sell-in tools into digital marketing channels and platforms at sales launch period.
• Relevant KPIs include: Brand Health KPIS (Brand momentum, Net promoter score, Spontaneous purchase intent, etc.), Executional excellence in global campaign implementation (media thresholds etc), Owned and earned social media KPI’s, Sell-in and sell-out KPI’s, Market share, Market sales vs plan, Traffic.

Knowledge, Skills
and Experience:
• Progressive experience in brand marketing and/or sales (sporting goods industry preferred)
• Leading and managing a diverse team
• Proven project management experience
• Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
• Experience in both market and above market organization preferred
• Strong interpersonal, influencing skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation) and broad marketing knowledge and experience.
• Experience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
• Over 3 years of marketing and/or communication experience
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in local language (if applicable) preferred
