Digital Content Manager Eastpak
The Digital Content Manager will be managing a team of two. He or she will be responsible for producing, implementing, and maintaining all creative content across Eastpak’s digital channels, including social media and Eastpak.com, which deliver against brand marketing activity and ecommerce requirements in line with Eastpak’s Global Brand Strategy.
Your responsibilities:
• Work with the wider Brand Marketing team to develop and implement digital content based on brand needs, marketing campaigns, and also cultural events in the market
• Manage the digital content process to ensure that all content for marketing projects is produced and live for all deadline dates
• Manage the production of content for the Eastpak.com website, and the implementation of existing content, plus all digital special projects including projects such as Eastpak City Guides, influencers program, Travel gear selector and others
• Propose, create, and implement new design and creative ideas on the Eastpak.com website and other digital media channels which improve customer experience, engagement, and conversion rate
• Manage the delivery of copy and translations for the website and key partners, including updates for Eastpak product descriptions
• Manage the Eastpak social media channels to promote key brand and marketing activities, producing the content required for these channels
• Produce digital marketing and advertising materials as required by the brand and digital marketing teams
• Design and produce html emails as required by the brand and digital marketing teams
• Work with agencies to ensure an elevated level of content is produced for the digital channels
• Manage the assigned budget for digital content
• A digital native with a master degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing roles in a global/international brand in consumer goods, with a speciality in managing creative teams
• Experience of html, SEO, and concepts of web technology and platforms
• Excellent project management skills and great communicator
• Passionate and likes to take initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and good knowledge of Photoshop
• Fluent in English, any other European language is an asset
