Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Retail Operations Manager, the Coordinator will support in-store operations and be responsible for executing Company policies and procedures on a variety of operations matters. Coordinator will exercise good judgement in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication skills, including but not limited to the following: Retail traffic center, Asset and documentation management, store procurement, inventory coordination, administration, etc. The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, including the coordination of highly important and confidential projects. TOMS Retail Operations Coordinator will proactively support Leadership across all Retail facilities.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Implementation and maintenance of retail communications center of excellence, connecting in-store teams with home office support.
• Procurement of new store assets, activation and management of facilities.
• Offsite storage oversight and coordination of company-owned assets.
• Supports all stores floor set, replenishment logistics and loss prevention efforts.
• Ownership over team calendaring, expense tracking, travel and planning of company events.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must be highly organized with an exacting attention to detail
• Seen as approachable; demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Emotional maturity, ability to relay information with tact and diplomacy
• Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to be highly effective independently
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Must have a “can do” attitude sense of humor, and enjoy being a team player who works with others to get the job done
• Demonstrated ability to properly handle and maintain confidential information
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor Degree of equivalent work experience preferred
• One to three years of experience supporting management level leaders required
• Advances Computer Software skills and experience in: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
