About the Team
The Retail Sales team at Harry’s works cross-functionally to manage and develop our retail customer base. The team is focused on growing revenue and profit for our entire business, which focuses on the Harry’s brand in North America.
About the Role
The Retail Shopper Marketing Manager will play an influential role within both the HARRY'S Marketing and Sales Teams, helping to establish an in-store “look of success” for the HARRY'S brand across Target and future retail partners. He/She will also be a key partner in driving commercial Innovation across hard and soft products within the HARRY'S brand for Target.
The RSMM is responsible for developing in-store retail marketing programs, engaging with sales/brand team and developing and maintaining key customer relationships. The RSMM will coordinate with the internal Brand, R&D, Design and agency partners to support the HARRY'S retail mission and ensure consistent Marketing strategy and execution. The Retail Shopper Marketing Manager's role will be to translate HARRY'S strategic direction into in-store marketing tactics customized for Target that drive consumer trial, brand loyalty and ultimately profitable sales. The RSMM will report to the Director of Retail Sales.
You will:
• Lead and innovative in-store programs including ideation, production of materials and execution communication to drive off-shelf placement and build brand awareness with consumers, with a focus on 360 degree integration. This will be in partnership with Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, Design and R&D Teams.
• Work as part of the Sales & Marketing team to drive and execute Commercial Product Innovation for Target in the Hard and Soft Product segments. This will include Marketing and NPI briefs for Stage Gate management and execution.
• Serve as the Primary contact for Marketing Partners at Target and future retail partners and develop annual plan that meets HARRY's and TARGET goals.
• Prioritize top Target marketing and fund support initiatives, based on sales impact and equity development
• Monitor, analyze and report on competitors’ in-store marketing and merchandising executions that can impact the HARRY'S brand
• Manage national retail marketing calendar, campaigns and all day-to-day communications internally and externally to respective teams, brand partners and key accounts
• Work with Senior Sales Strategy Analyst to understand pre and post-program ROIs and recap to leverage the understanding to make improvements in future programs
• Establish key benchmarks and develop a formal reporting system to analyze data and ensure measurable results within each channel of trade
• Participate in annual marketing plan development to ensure that retail needs are incorporated into the brand plans from the beginning
• Provide thought leadership to the organization and regularly interact with the VP of Marketing and VP of Sales on matters concerning retail marketing programs
The following should describe you:
• 5+ years of Retail Marketing experience, including managing in-store marketing ideally with a beverage brand or CPG company
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related major
• Experience with Channel/Shopper Marketing planning, project management and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Professional, enthusiastic, a solid team player and possess a drive for results.
• Experience and a proven track record of working closely with internal sales and retail marketing teams to develop and execute successful 360° in-store retail marketing and promotional programs

• Strong interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills, including full competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook), and experience with internet research and digital/social media
• Extremely organized, dependable and self-motivated with the ability to excel in a hands-on, fast paced environment
• Able to work independently and have the ability to deal with a wide range of personalities
• An eagerness to learn about new business models and tackle strategic issues
