Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
For the adidas Group, the Partner Program is a brand new sales driver established in 2015. It is a key strategic priority with the objective to build a further successful pillar within eCommerce.
Master Data Management is a key element in the eCommerce Operations department and a core element to drive the business growth in the future. For this reason the trainee Partner Program Master Data is a key contributor to the growth of eCommerce in Europe by supporting all related processes for the Partner Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling all product related information for adidas and Reebok at our Marketplace partners
• Following up the creation and delivery of product images and descriptions by internal and external partners.
• Work closely with the responsible account managers to make sure all information is available in both the adidas and the marketplace partner’s product information systems.
• Provide management with reports and analysis on the availability of the product information.
• Support the master data team with any ad hoc product enhancements if needed.
Key Relationships:
• Partner Program account managers
• Master Data specialists
• 3rd Party agencies linking the different product information systems
• Asset Creation Teams
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Data driven mindset.
• Strong MS office skills, with an emphasis on Access and Excel
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
• Aptitude for learning new software applications
• Photoshop knowledge is advisable
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• BA / BS in Merchandising, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
