Job Summary
You will be playing a key role in driving all marketing activites with TOMS agent and PR Company to build key brand and commercial objectives in key markets. In addition, you will be understanding the TOMS DNA and all functions of TOMS brand marketing including press, events, trade marketing, visuals, ambassador-building and field education as a vehicle to strengthening sell-in and sell-through in each market.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all brand activities by market
• Coordinate regionalized creation of marketing assets and content, in alignment of overarching TOMS brand strategies
• Along with Managing Director, and working with APAC Regional Marketing team, create timeline/roadmap of all key marketing initiatives with clear KPIs and time activation per market
• Report notable market trends identified in product design, sales, retail, e-comm and marketing
• Identify opportunities for specific campaigns based on campaign briefs and media strategies; craft regionally-relevant plans in partnership with local agents and Managing Director
• Take ownership of and drive all key brand initiatives in each market to best increase market awareness and product sales
• Liaise sales data, regionalized marketing plans and industry trends to local press agency partners
• Build unique TOMS experiences and event concepts in and outside of retail
• Capture localized content for use in social media from retail, press, community partners
• Serve as a resource internally to best understand market trends and consumer behavior
• Work with Managing Director and APAC Regional Marketing team and e-comm functions to develop a clear implementation strategy for this market
• Any other reasonable tasks requested to serve the purposes of the business
• Drive Social media platforms to increase awareness of TOMS and consumer engagement
• Set up TOMS Pop Up stores and displays at Festivals when required to do so.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Ability to understand and audit competitive landscapes in each country/market
• A self-starter, someone versatile and eager to identify unique opportunities of growth and market penetration
• Knowledge of fashion and specific experience in the footwear/eyewear business
• Strong ability to work as a team player or individually to achieve set requirements
• Excellent analytical and project management skills required
• Ability to use sound judgment in decision making with results-driven orientation
• Ability to facilitate group meetings in a sales or educational capacity
• Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word and Excel)
Education and Experience
• Degree graduate with minimum of 5 years in a marketing or brand management role
Travel Requirement
• Expect interstate and international travel
