Purpose and Scope:The primary responsibilities for the Digital Display Project Manager are to manage project scope, timelines, budget and the execution/delivery of effective and high quality digital media solutions. They lead the digital display campaign project and work with cross-functional account teams, making timely decisions to ensure project success within set parameters. They ensure expectations and deliverables are clearly communicated and met across internal teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for management and delivery of digital display projects to ensure on time and high quality delivery of our consumer-facing experiences
• Manages multiple digital display campaigns simultaneously
• Partners with and trains account management on each brand campaign.
• Work hand in hand with media team and vendors to ensure media plan, specs and deliverables are clearly outlined and briefed, act as the main point of contact for all digital asset needs within internal agency
• Provides ongoing project update reports to internal teams
• Responsible for following and monitoring project management processes and documentation
• Assists in educating business stakeholders on the global digital display processes
• Oversees project from initial funding approval through delivery, including overall continuing project maintenance if needed
• Ensures ongoing resource needs are captured and utilization rates are maintained across their cross-functional team(s)
• Responsible for management and communication of budget status and tasks among team members and business stakeholders
• Responsible for coordinating final delivery of digital display applications or functionality, including user acceptance testing and final sign-off
• Seeks out vendor or internal solutions and manages overall project issue resolutions
• Oversees asset and documentation management for projects
• Proactively works with business partners, Marketers, Design, Media, development and vendors to define project requirements and estimate effort to deliver
• Ability to take part and lead all phases of a project’s lifecycle, Discovery, Definition, Design, Development and Deployment
• Responsible for Project documentation, including: timelines, risk registers, assumptions, scope
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3-5 years as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of digital solutions
• Strong grasp of current web technologies including digital display as well as related business issues
• Experience with software development lifecycles, waterfall and agile, a plus
• Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external groups
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PPT
• High energy, enthusiasm and ability to succeed in a dynamic work environment
• Solid technical understanding and ability to define / refine requirements through a project lifecycle
