About the Role
As the Director of Brand Marketing, you are responsible for leading all efforts to create engaging and value-generating experiences with Stitch Fix clients. As a key Director and the head of brand marketing, you will drive strategy and execution to plan and optimize marketing strategy and messaging, spend, assess channel and campaign performance, design and analyze marketing tests, manage creative and media agencies and oversee campaigns implemented across our owned and paid channels. You will oversee all offline media buying and affiliate marketing across our Men's and Women's businesses.

Brand Strategy:
• Drive strategy, budget and execution of brand marketing for Women’s and Men’s through all forms of offline media buying including: TV, Video, Radio, Print, Outdoor, and Paid Content
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and the VP of Brand and Creative teams to align on seasonal marketing messages and creative approach
• Keep Stitch Fix at the forefront of innovation in the marketplace by identifying, testing and scaling new media formats and marketing approaches
• Oversee rigorous creative testing and asset optimization to maximize media spend
• Select, negotiate contracts, and partner with marketing agencies and vendors to support business needs
• Identify, initiate and leverage Partnerships and Affiliate strategies to build awareness of the Stitch Fix brand and drive client acquisition
• Work with PR and Content teams to optimize the approach to Stitch Fix owned channels - Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, Influencers
• Work collaboratively and effectively with Creative team to brief, review and refine creative work in line with strategic objectives
• Partner with Analytics and Insights team to surface key client insights that promote growth and continually evaluate campaign performance
• Partner with Analytics team to manage complex demand modeling and multi-touch attribution modeling to inform marketing investment decisions
• Manage budget to support P&L goals, partnering with Finance and the Management teams
• Oversee execution across marketing channels (Acquisition, Conversion, Retention) on a seasonal basis to ensure an integrated and holistic approach
Management:
• Build team-- Recruit and hire exceptional team members
• Manage, motivate, teach and develop a team of Managers and Associates
• Drive vision for team growth and organizational structure
• Prepare and present progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics to team, cross functional groups and management
• Support Marketing and Creative leadership on executive report-outs to leadership team and Board of Directors

• You have B.A., M.B.A. preferred, with 7-10 years of leadership experience in brand marketing
• You have deep brand management and media experience with a consumer brand in a high growth stage at scale
• Hands-on experience managing and measuring integrated media campaigns, with a focus on broadcast and video
• You have a high analytical orientation, with experience in a rigorous performance data environment and desire to test and learn; we are a high A/B testing environment!

• You possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, consumer empathy and dedication to great consumer experiences
