Purpose:
Primarily support the department and coordinate all aspects of the day to day operations to ensure deadlines can be met.
Key Accountabilities (List the 5-10 major areas of responsibility for role):
• Effectively process expenses for reimbursement and in a timely manner per corporate policy
• Book travel, manage schedules/itineraries/visa’s.
• Effectively oversee KPI status - CWA/BOM reporting, PTS processing.
• Maintain inventory, order necessary supplies and equipment for department needs, including the creation of invoice for payments.
• Plan and smoothly execute, internal meetings, team events, etc.
• Support space planning requirements, maintaining work area, and keeping department organized.
• Support Seniors with PPT, PDM, excel, word and other systems requirements.
• Oversee and distribute Seasonal product samples.
• Track Model/article information through PDM.
• Helps communicate calendar and general updates.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments in a fast-pace environment while working under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient computer skills in Powerpoint and strong knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Qualifications(Minimum required education and experience):
Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
