MISSION/ROLE:
As a member of corporate quality team this role will support all corporate quality processes and assist to define and implement Cole Haan product standards.
Will act as a liaison between market / consumer and factory / manufacturing base.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• To perform daily audits within Greenland inventory, assessment of factory performance.
• Research market call outs concerning product quality, to include inventory audit, material research, sourcing information, scope and resolution.
• Manage Greenland quality projects, 100% inspection, repairs, packaging, and inventory management.
• Keep men's and women's showrooms up to date and organized.
• Assist and back up Market Fit / First Production process, fit assessment, quality review, report findings to factory staff.
• Assist Quality Manager with various daily duties, quality reports, analysis and global communications.
• Assist with administration of global quality program, process improvement, reporting, analysis and trouble shooting.
• Will need to learn and be proficient in CH systems, SAP, MARC, PLM, and Data Warehouse.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years prior experience in footwear wholesale manufacturing company.
• Footwear manufacturing experience / knowledge would be a plus.
• Self-Motivated, Analytical Thinking, Process Oriented
• Requires strong communication skills.
• Project management and organization skills.
• Will require lifting of 50 lb. packages overhead.
