The Omni-Channel Marketing team focuses on one to one communication with HSNs customers, supporting the growth of the business by increasing top-line revenue and long-term customer profitability. We develop marketing campaigns to move customers through the lifecycle and grow their relationship with us to become HSN’s best customers. Our campaigns leverage numerous direct to customer touch points and marketing channels including inbound web/phone, email, direct mail, credit card, package inserts, search engine marketing, display, gaming and social media.
A Day in the Life
Our Paid Media Marketing Manager will execute all paid marketing efforts on Facebook and Instagram, with potential for incremental campaigns on other platforms. This manager reports directly to the Senior Manager of Social Media and works closely with the Director of Social and Games as well as others on the Consumer Marketing team on acquisition and other lifecycle efforts. In addition to execution, the manager will be responsible for tracking and delivering campaign metrics, optimizing strategies to meet KPIs and staying abreast of all industry and platform developments and recommending shifts in HSN’s strategies and processes to accommodate those changes in a timely fashion.
Our ideal candidate for this position can work nimbly to maximize emerging opportunities while also maintaining long term strategies and efforts to meet KPIs. He or she is a creative problem solver who has a true understanding of the social sphere and what resonates with prospects in this space. Strong analytical skills are a must – this manager will be able to deliver meaningful, digestible metrics for senior leaders quickly and from day one on the job.
• Manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram with the goal of increasing sessions and sales while growing the customer file
• Ongoing optimization of campaigns driven by data and KPIs
• Work closely with senior manager and director on overall paid strategy and campaign identification
• Fully develop detailed campaign plans with autonomy
• Brief and otherwise source all needed creative assets, working with outside agencies and contractors as needed
• Develop and maintain campaign calendar with versioning capabilities that allow for fast and easy share outs with executive leaders
• Manage all needed campaign planning meetings and any calendar or strategy sharing with others as needed
• Manage and optimize paid budget working closely with the social engagement team to ensure all budget allocations work in a complimentary manner
• Ensure campaigns are delivered completely and on time
• Execute all bid/budget management and audience segmentation/targeting using various social ad platforms
• Serve as our liaison with Facebook, Instagram, other paid platforms and any vendors employed to execute paid strategy on these channels

Must Haves
• 4 years in Digital Marketing, including 2 years Paid Social marketing experience in the B2C space
• Experience with direct responsibility for paid media budget and KPIs via daily delivery of campaigns
• Deep knowledge and experience with social biddable platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) and interpreting their KPIs
• Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook Power Editor
• High level of proficiency in Excel (working with large data sets, mastery of pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Adwords
Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “must haves"
Nice to Haves
• 5 + years of multi-channel digital marketing experience
