Purpose and Scope: Manage execution of all wholesale digital campaigns and projects for assigned brands through the internal Agency. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategic initiatives that protect and develop the integrity of our brands. Liaise between marketing clients and internal Agency partners on wholesale digital projects which drive brand experience, creative expression, and business results.
KeyResponsibilities:
• Brief campaign related and wholesale account specific projects from Marketing to internal Agency team.
• Drive the development of project schedules and monitor budget.
• Collaborate with Account Management in all functions within the brand pillar on timelines and to maintain consistent brand voice in digital, print, and social media.
• Work closely with creative director, art director, copy team, and shoot/ video production on the execution of projects, insuring delivery on time and on budget.
• Manage brand status meetings to review project status and document action items and takeaways; communicate deadlines and deliverables with Agency to client.
• Create short lists for wholesale exclusive shoots.
• Navigate creative approvals with senior management, clients, marketing partners and creative leads.
• Work to continuously evolve and improve processes and productivity.
• Monitor and report competitive brand information.
• Work closely with finance teams to monitor expense and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years' experience working at an e-commerce website, digital agency or online company.
• Excellent project management skills including communication, prioritization, scheduling and documentation.
• Creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach and ability to identify opportunities and efficiencies.
• Customer oriented, diplomatic, and able to deftly balance business and creative perspectives both with internal clients and external partners/ licenses.
• Strong knowledge of project management software (Smartsheet, Basecamp, etc), Excel, Word, and PPT to help in the documentation and facilitation of tasks.
• Solid understanding of web information architecture and ability to quickly learn account partners' site components.
• Solid technical skills and ability to define and refine requirements through a project life cycle.
• Understanding of web file types (. fla, fly, jpg, png, swf, etc) and a basic understanding of the differences between major coding languages (HTML, JavaScript, Flash)
• Experience with content management platforms, mobile and social media.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software and Apple software and systems.
• Works will in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities across multiple channels.
• Collaborative, motivated, and energetic with ability to motivate teams to produce quality work on time and withing budget.
