Job Summary
As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst you will hunt for value across the supply chain and build reports to convey these opportunities to an executive audience. The role will establish, track and report key supply chain metrics for the department, including: inventory turns, customer service, on-time performance, total costs and forecast accuracy. The role will ensure accurate, consistent reporting across supply chain departments, including building reports from the ground up and validating source data and calculations. A significant portion of the role will be dedicated to leading special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities
• Build and maintain supply chain dashboard and planning dashboard that consolidates KPI progress and analysis reporting in BI, Excel, Tableau and other tools as needed. Build visualizations to demonstrate key value-driving opportunities
• Collect, validate and publish KPIs weekly and monthly (input to S&OP cycle), for executive report out
• Analyze historical data as well as future forecast to create KPI’s and analyze results. Establish and operate “one stop shop” for external communication for backward-looking KPIs and forward forecasts
• Maintain accountability across supply chain functions by following up with KPI owners for root cause analysis and action planning
• Project manage supply and demand planning projects that include cross functional teams and external vendors to manage timelines, budgets and outcomes to ensure project success and on time implementation
• Ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
• SAP (3-5 yrs)
• Microsoft Office Suite (5+ yrs)
• SAP BI (3-5 yrs)
• Supply chain and business analytics (5+ yrs)
• Tableau (5+ yrs)
• Sales and Operations Planning (0-3 yrs)
Education and Experience
• BA Degree in Supply Chain or Business (Preferred)
• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry/Additional 2+ years w/o a degree (Required)
• Ability to thrive in an environment with evolving processes and a high degree of ambiguity (Required)
• Ability to work with limited supervision (Required)
• Exceptional Follow-through (Required)
