Key Duties/Responsibilities
The integrated eMarketing specialist will be responsible to communicate marketing strategy, plans and execution results to cross functional teams internally. The emarketing specialist will also shadow the VP of eMarketing in key meetings, both internally and externally to ensure strategy and plans are being developed and communicated. This person will work closely with the rest of the emarketing team to create communication materials through power point, excel, emails and/or word document. This person will be working on high profile marketing results communication documents which involved major leagues such as MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL and NASCAR.
Key Responsibilities
• Using internal analytical tool to pull together presentations for internal and external communications purposes
• Working closely with VP of eMarketing to structure complex problems into framework and communicate across teams
• Collaborating closely with members of the analytics team to structure data asks and ensure correct data is being presented
• Putting together communications plans in Powerpoint, word or excel format for communication purposes
• Working cross functionally to communicate marketing plans during major events, such as major league championships (NBA, NHL playoffs, Superbowl or MLB world series and NASCAR events)
• Presenting emarketing plans cross functionally on a weekly basis
Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint
