HEAD OF BRAND SUCCESS
The success of Symphony Commerce is closely tied to the success of our brands. Given our rev-share business model, we engage with our brands as strategic partners - we grow when they grow. We are seeking a senior executive to own driving brand success. This leader will be responsible for brand strategy, brand analytics, task management, training, feature adoption, advocacy, retention and revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
◦ Manage a team of Brand Strategy Managers
◦ Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
◦ Expand our revenue by helping brands with business strategy
◦ Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
◦ Evangelize Symphony to a brands sister brands.
◦ Establish operational metrics for the team
◦ Create a metronome for review within the team
◦ Share key metrics to the executive team, company and board
◦ Attract high potential individual contributors into the team
◦ Develop an onboarding process for new team members
◦ Encourage continuous learning within team
◦ Influence the product roadmap
◦ Influence Sales with a retention focus
◦ Align with Finance around measurement and forecasting
◦ Create company-wide Brand feedback loop
REQUIREMENTS
◦ 5+ years experience in leading Client-facing organizations
◦ Managing a team of high performing individuals
◦ Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
◦ Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience
◦ Strong empathy for clients and focus on revenue and growth
◦ Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
◦ Analytical and process-oriented mindset
◦ Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
◦ Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
◦ Excellent communication and presentation skills
◦ Positive and Optimistic personality
◦ Relevant Bachelor’s degree - preference for business or related degrees
