About the Role
Stitch Fix is looking for an experienced leader with Inventory Management expertise to drive and grow the Women's business. A key member of the Women's leadership team, this leader and team member will develop and lead the creation and execution of inventory plans that meet the growing needs of our clients while simultaneously delivering our financial goals and business objectives. This role is highly cross-functional in nature and will partner closely with Finance, Buying, Analytics, Engineering and Operations.

• Innovate with Analytics and Finance partners to create an integrated and fluid approach to inventory management
• Establish vision and game plan for organizational evolution as business evolves
• Participate in strategic planning process to ensure Planning & Allocation opportunities are optimized
• Translate annual strategic plans into Planning & Allocation specific goals. Monitor and learn from results
• Partner with COF and Buying VP to create annual and seasonal inventory plans that enable the realization of budget and support product strategies
• Drive quarterly milestones across Merchandising functions including Seasonal Financial Planning, open to Buy and Hind-sighting
• Act as our clients' strongest advocate - instill in team the necessity of using client data to guide decision making
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional partners, direct reports & MGMT
• Develop and grow direct reports to support their career aspirations and best selves
• Lead team to cultivate a collaborative, innovative and results-orientated team culture

• You have a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 15+ years Inventory Management experience
• You have managed and led a cross functional team
• You are able to work from our San Francisco office and travel up to 15% of the time
