Clarks Americas is seeking a Director of Wholesale Brand Marketing to join our company. In this role you would be accountable for building the Clarks Adults brand globally in Wholesale. Capitalizing on the strategic implementation of our global brand framework, global consumer experience, consumer segmentation and integrated marketing communications. On time in full delivery of marketing assests critical to channel growth and the consistent activation of the brand. This role will align with and collaborate with the Wholesale teams on key seasonal marketable product concepts and develop consumer propositions that will inform the brief for both sell-in and sell-out assets.
Core Accountabilities:
• Lead the development of global seasonal plans for the adults brand within wholesale customer environments and generate asset briefs to the brand image team, regional marketing and commercial teams; including saleable and flexible assets for activation in windows, in-store displays, seasonal POP and semi-permanent POP.
• Lead the development of global sell-in and sell-out plans for the adults category sub-brands in line with their agreed propositions. Sub-brands include; Unstructured, Cloudsteppers, Privo, Artisan and Wave.
• Lead and develop seasonal sales launch, align with marketing on integrated approach to trade shows.
• Create wholesale specific content required for group brand presentation and support materials for key seasonal meetings; Brand Concept kick-off, Brand Concept reviews and Seasonal Sales Launch.
• Budget management.
Successful Experience:
• Experience with operating in a two tier (Global/Regional: Local) structure
• Experience with creative development process and implementation
• Category marketing manager role at global Fashion Merchandising Consumer Goods/fashion or lifestyle brand
• Proven experience across all areas of the marketing mix
• Strong influencing skills
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Abilitiy to develop marketing assets that can be used internationally (especially in-store materials)
• Proven presentation skills-all levels of the organization
