WHOLESALE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Craven Iteri is looking for a fine jewelry sales expert to help
pioneer the launch of our new collection. We are looking for a
sales professional with at least 5 years’ experience in
developing and managing wholesale accounts, preferably in
jewelry. Existing buyer relationships are a MUST, both
specialty and major. The ideal candidate will be an excellent
communicator, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to
represent the Brand appropriately with sophistication.
Knowledge of stones, metals, and artisanal jewelry production
is preferred. Flexible compensation package DOE.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 years sales experience required preferable with luxury
brands and wholesale trade knowledge
• Ability to travel as needed
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and Microsoft office
skills
• Entrepreneurial ability to operate independently, as well as
to be a team player
• Strong organizational skills, with a pro-active and problem
solving approach to tasks
Craven Iteri, a new fine jewelry collection by Burning Torch
designer Karyn Craven; melds modern design with global
sentiments, and boasts a range of earrings, necklaces,
bracelets and rings; all which are delicately hand crafted in
Bali and Los Angeles. Each piece incorporates mixed metals with
semi-precious and precious stones.
RETAIL JEWELRY SALES
Required Qualifications
•Previous luxury retail, or related, fine jewelry experience. Including some knowledge of stones, metals and techniques.
•Organized, with a proven track record in achieving sales results.
•Willingness to work non-traditional and flexible business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
•Ability to work with a diverse client base and currently possess a client book, translatable to this position.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
•Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook/e-mail.
•Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
•A college/university degree.
•Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.
•Language skills preferred.
