Overview
The Assistant Producer is responsible for managing the shoot production and execution of all e-comm on-model photography. They will also provide support for all photography, video and product efforts of the Anthropologie production team. This includes monthly catalogs, web creative fashion, PR and internal photo and video needs.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily aspects of e-comm Studio Photography by coordinating schedules for in-house team and outside talent, book travel and transportation for all hired talent, making sure sets are ready on time, all talent is on set on time, and that all sets are running smoothly
• Organize and distribute call sheets, production schedules and other shoot-related documents for shoots managed
• Prepare and manage shoot estimates for e-comm on-model photoshoots
• Work closely with the operational and creative team to achieve creative and budget goals
• Coordinate & communicate information on availability of freelancers, models and in-house teams to studio team
• Collect, process, and rectify invoices/expenses
• Assist producers with travel booking, call-sheet development, obtaining COIs, carnets, gathering and shipping samples for shoots, and other administrative tasks
• Assist with in-office operations, i.e. scheduling, running errands, help with invoicing, managing petty cash, expense reimbursement for Executives, timesheets and various other department tasks
• Assist team with scheduling portfolio reviews with Agencies and model meet & greets.
• Responsible for sending vendor mailings, gifts and correspondence.
Qualifications
• 1-2 years production experience in photography and/or multimedia environment
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-starter with developed internpersonal skills
• Abilitiy to prioritize and multi-task
• Adaptive to change, tight deadlines and can work with a sense of urgency
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, InDesign and Photoshop a plus
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
