SUMMARY
The Creative Producer will report directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and be responsible for managing the planning, budgets and execution of photo/video asset production. The Creative Producer will partner with external producers and production vendors as well as the Crocs in-house creative, marketing communications and marketing operations teams.
You are an experienced, proactive, high-functioning producer with excellent organizational skills and a disciplined approach to project management and creative production. You have photo/video shoot experience ranging from celebrity campaigns to lifestyle and product campaigns and the ability to articulate your experience. You know how to prioritize while navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-impact environment. You are self-motivated, and adaptable. Articulate, thoughtful written and verbal communication is second nature. You work as well collaboratively as you do independently. You possess great interpersonal skills with the ability to voice opinions and give feedback. You embrace challenges and love the process of helping to bring global concepts to life.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with outside photo/video production studio to manage celebrity photo/video shoot production
• Partner with outside photo/video production studio to manage non-celebrity as well as product-only photo/video shoot production
• Celebrity, non-celebrity and product-only photo/video asset review management
• Celebrity, non-celebrity and product-only video retouch and edit management
• Celebrity, non-celebrity and product-only asset management from original shot through final execution
• Manage internal Photography process, timelines and upload of images to asset management tool
• Manage and communicate content usage hierarchy, rights and delivery of final assets to Global partners
• Manage all product samples for photo/video shoots
• Assist in managing of campaign production budgets
• Assist in refining internal creative workflow processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years experience demonstrating creative production leadership within entertainment and/or big-brand environments is a must
• 5+ years of experience cultivating and improving external partner and cross-functional relationships within entertainment and/or big-brand environments
• Creative agency experience a plus
• Must be not only comfortable but excited to work in a fast-paced studio environment… lights, camera, action!
• Deep level of project management, organizational and planning skills
• Clear communication skills and ability to navigate the creative process
• Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management system or similar tools to propagate and track assets through an operational workflow
• International experience, specifically in Asia is a huge bonus
• Understand, advocate, and embody the company’s values and team goals
• Basic proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
