Role
• Position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience in the KHC Refrigerated BU. Individual will have exposure to full P&L and will participate in BU wide projects and initiatives. Opportunity to contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across the categories within the business unit.
Key Components of the role
• Serve as an advocate in financial planning and accounting matters (e.g., financial reporting, cost allocations) and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain scorecards of actual and expected business and supply chain performance.
• Review regularly with the business unit and supply chain to identify risks and opportunities, and mitigation of risks.
• Review actual cost allocation and branding methods to ensure that they are consistent and fairly depict actual costs incurred by each individual business.
• Attend business unit board meetings, representing Finance
• Liaise with other functional groups supporting the business, including Procurement, R&D, Logistics Finance, Operations Finance, Inventory Accounting and Supply Chain Management, to identify issues impacting the business and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Publish additional financial analyses as requested by the businesses.
*Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• 10+ years’ experience, in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibility
• 8+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• FiT and SAP skills desired
• Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to work autonomously and think independently
• Excel technical skills along with systems agility
• Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
