Position Overview:The Global Director, Marketing Enterprise Architect role will lead the definition & execution of TCCC’s (The Coca-Cola Company) global IT Marketing architecture strategy with a focus on business drivers for decision making. This role will be responsible for understanding the use and management of IT Marketing Enterprise Architecture throughout its lifecycle, across the TCCC and respective bottlers.Primary responsibilities include playing a hands-on strategic role in IT Marketing architecture standards definition & execution of how the enterprise captures, maintains, and exploits IT Marketing tools to support key business processes.
This thought leader will work collaboratively with key internal functional leaders & external stakeholders to implement a centralized IT Marketing Enterprise Architecture governance framework and foster a relationship of trust. He/she will play an advisory role in the use of data to improve performance and business-wide strategy formulation.
Function Specific Activities:
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation of a IT Marketing Enterprise Architecture governance framework, with focus on enterprise marketing solutions.
• This includes defining and setting up an operational model to deliver use-cases which provide actionable digital insights (in partnership with the function and business leaders.)
• The framework and approach will consider TCCC’s business system product portfolio.
• Provide expertise and leadership in development of a value-based, multi-year IT Marketing Enterprise Architecture roadmap & standardization of digital solutions across various Business Units (BU) & geographies.
• Assess opportunities, secure funding for IT Marketing Enterprise Architecture initiatives & develop strategies to gather, retain & exploit digital solutions as an asset for the organization.
• Manage and steward TCCC relationships with key business partners (e.g. external knowledge and service providers, technology and innovation industry boards/associations, technology product companies, others as needed), for the purposes of gaining insights to drive innovation.
• Develop and lead a cross-functional team of technology resources to manage and execute IT Marketing led programs.
• Implement agile methods, standards and procedures to provide consistent and transparent delivery & updates to stakeholders.
• Develop strategies, goals, and plans for work that focus on and enable the Company to better serve or work with customers, bottlers, or suppliers, and always with focus on the work that matters most.
Required Qualification
• 10+ years of work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in IT Marketing Enterprise Architecture management, including implementing governance, lifecycle management, and understanding the underlying technologies needed to enable innovation across a large organization.
• 7+ years demonstrated experience with developing IT Marketing Enterprise Architecture strategy, policies, and procedures, as well as successfully executing programs that meet or exceed expectations in a dynamic environment; experience creating tools and capabilities to assist with the discovery & collaboration.
• 7+ years’ experience with hands-on leadership roles directly managing teams and driving change within a large complex business.
• Proven self-starter, able to manage multiple, routinely unstructured initiatives, requiring autonomy and independent judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically, including the ability to translate long-term goals and objectives into short-term tactical plans and operational activities.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale enterprise programs and transformational initiatives designed to address critical business challenges, in a devops environment.
• IT vendor relationship experience including focusing on supplier processes & performance standards management.
Preferred:
• MBA/Master’s degree
• Relevant business experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods/Food & Beverage industry is strongly preferred
• Experience with Informatica, Salsify, Stylelaps, Content Analytics
• Adobe CMS
