Job Overview
The Director of Corporate FP&A at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is a new position (reporting to VP of Finance) that will provide in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations to company leadership across a number of key areas and major projects within the KDP enterprise. Through robust financial/operational modeling and analytics, this position will create, track, forecast and analyze key strategic projects to aid the business in making critical, time-sensitive decisions.
The successful candidate will bring a deep combination of analytical ability and critical thought in a number of financial areas, driving business objectives and maintaining a thorough and rigorous system of analysis throughout.
What you will do:
• Responsible for preparing reports and recommendations to management for delivering long and short-term business objectives
• Ensure appropriate methods are in place to accurately track, forecast and analyze the enterprise wide strategic initiatives to aid the business in making critical, time-sensitive decisions
• Produce accurate and timely financial information and analysis; promote an environment of strong internal controls and efficiencies
• Support enterprise-wide strategic projects from a financial perspective, including projects that represent investments of hundreds of millions of dollars
• Manage financial process for key strategic capital intensive projects including fixed asset recording, understanding impact of depreciation and tax implications
• Build financial modeling and economic analysis, capital tracking and analysis, and contract support for terms and conditions
• Lead strategic initiatives focusing on operational efficiency and improvements
• Provides value-added analytics to improve enterprise financial performance
• Benchmark against industry peers and provide insights for improvement opportunities
• Perform other job related duties as requested by management
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's principles, policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
What you must have:
• Education/Experience:
◦ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field is required
◦ 10+ years of related experience with 4+ of those in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills:
◦ Experience with Hyperion Suite of products strongly preferred
◦ Ability to build detailed financial models in Excel
◦ Experience with SAP preferred
