Are you a senior level Luxury Automotive Professional with a cross-functional track record of sales operations & brand management success in the luxury automotive segment? Has your cross-functional background provided you experience in Brand operation areas such as product/brand management, sales operations & marketing/communications? Are you looking to write the next chapter in your career? An Italian icon, offering elegance, style, emotion and sporting performance with a long and glorious heritage is looking for the right person to be our Director of Brand Operations at our corporate headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Leading/managing the strategic and tactical activities of a cross-functional brand team in the areas such as marketing, public relations, product management, pricing/incentives & sales operations.
• Leading internal and external teams in managing sales, market share and profitability of our nameplates throughout the United States & Canada.
• Coach and mentor a Brand team to maximize individual performance and ability.
• Lead a Brand team in the management of customer relationships and strategy.
• Cooperatively develop, lead and execute business strategies to increase short and long-term business.
• Identify opportunities for volume, share, mix and contribution from both a production and sales perspective.
• Assist your team in the development and implementation of key nameplate and market specific business plans.
• Effectively develop and deliver presentations to internal leadership & external dealer level leadership.
• Collaborate with the marketing, pricing, incentives, finance & network development centers of expertise on the development and implementation of programs and promotions to increase brand awareness, sales and revenue.
• Ensure the Brand team is fully trained and armed with the technical knowledge, brand knowledge & sales know how to successfully reach/exceed wholesale and retail goals.
• Be able to clearly communicate strategy and expectations and develop organizational plans to exceed annual goals.
• Develop and sustain a relationship of trust with our dealer body.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of luxury automotive sales experience, which includes experience leading a sales operations function at the luxury O.E.M. level.
• Background must be well rounded in the areas of sales & marketing, brand management & dealer business management and analysis.
• Proven record of success in developing and executing successful go to market plans and annual business plans.
• Excellent customer relations, presentation & communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a reputation for meeting deadlines and delivering a consistently high standard of work.

• Strong negotiation and ability to influence, including senior management and dealer body.
• Ability to deliver sustainable improvement programs while addressing immediate business challenges.
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills, with ability to present complex issues in a brief and straightforward manner.
Travel:
• Extensive travel within North America required. (30%-40%)
• Occasional international travel may be required (5-10%)
