Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Director Program Management, Immunology in our Horsham, PA office location.

The Director Program Management Immunology leads the development of strategies to support business specific needs, in alignment with the CarePath approach to the market. You are responsible to create an improved customer experience through programs that better meet customer and patient needs. The Director, Program Management is the point person for Patient Access Solutions (PAS) working closely with the PAS Solution Program Management team, brand and sales leadership as well as the broader SCG organization.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Leadership of CarePath “one platform” development, execution and management for Immunology
• Responsible for developing launch plan and executions for all HUB Access and affordability offerings needed to support patient strategy
• Ownership of development of specific CarePath program analytics, metrics and dashboards to ensure organizational clarity of program
• You are responsible for the development of novel strategies to achieve Business Unit, individual brand objectives and aligned with Janssen CarePath approach to the market.
• Ensure customer experience of new and existing programs to exceed customer expectations
• Responsible to shape short and long-term plans to optimize opportunities considering competitive insights and future trends.
• Provides recommendations to brand of operational changes, cost implications and plans to solve market challenges.
• Supports program development for current and future brands
• Lead cross functional team in developing and designing compliant access and affordability programs and stakeholder-centric tools to support appropriate provider, caregiver, and patient access to our products.
• Collaborates closely with brand teams and TA Leadership Team to develop and present access support strategies based on specific products and/or brand needs
• Effectively integrates a variety of advanced approaches to analyze, interpret, and manage complex data. Translates complex information and communicates strategic implications to key stakeholders.
• Works within SCG to align on key patient drop off points and development of novel improvements
• Leads the business planning process to ensure the alignment of all stakeholders on Brand, TA and PAS plan
• Ensure Organizational Training, communications and compliance as needed to ensure deep understanding of CarePath value proposition as well as appropriate positioning with customers.
Qualifications
• BA/BS required, and a MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years business pharmaceutical or relevant experience and strong proven performance is required.
• You demonstrate strong strategy, innovation, collaboration and analytical skills as well as excellent overall business acumen.
• Capable of leading and prioritizing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically. Can operate in two worlds — big picture orientation with attention to detail.
• Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel.
• Builds effective teams that work well across functions and groups (Collaboration and Teaming).
• Dedicated to diversity and inclusion to cultivate thinking across the team.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills required. Ability to communicate effectively with others and defend logical business arguments, including reaching a consensus when required.
• Experience leading and managing people and project teams with or without direct report authority required.
• Prior therapeutic area experience is preferred.
This position requires travel for management of vendors, required meetings, training, etc.
