Sales, Director of Business Development - Image-Guided Therapy
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Responsible for IGTS and IGTD strategic alliances, investments and M&A, working closely alongside BUs’ organic business development initiatives.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Development of inorganic strategies for both IGT Devices and IGT Systems in collaboration with BU GMs.
• Guide and own BD Project ‘life-cycle’ from monitoring, exploration, pre-diligence, full diligence, PIAC presentation creation and PMI, in collaboration with Group M&A and NVI
• Monitor and manage minority investments, including sitting on Philips board or observer seats
• Manage and coordinate BD activities with external consultants as needed
• Support creation of internal IGT communication material relating to BD and inorganic strategies
• Support preparation of presentations to analysts and external stakeholders
• Support preparation of materials for Sr. Executives internal and external engagements
You are a part of a team
This position will report into the Head of Image Guided Therapy Business Development.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Master’s degree in business discipline, preferred
• 10+ years of Image Guided Therapy sales experience, preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Development, or related experience
• Proven track record in establishing comprehensive winning strategies at a C-level
• Global business experience a plus
