HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Enable Sales & Commercial Teams:You’ll lead price, promotion and trade analytics to enable sales and commercial teams across 6 categories to win in the market place. You’ll also be responsible to deliver robust post-event analytics library across top customers and categories, and perform EDLP optimization for key retailers making clear recommendations with impact to top and bottom line.
• Lead and Collaborate with Internal/External Partners:You’ll lead the USA pricing council to drive alignment across categories and business units. Work with cross functional team to design robust RGM solutions. The Director also leads engagements with Nielsen to drive delivery of robust price and promotion models, simulations tools and analytics.
• Drive Integrated Analytics:You’ll lead a team to develop scalable and standardized RGM tools and scorecards. Share best practices, generating next practices and perform meta-analysis while driving organizational adoption of integrated analytics and tools via process improvement and/or training.
• Solve Business Questions:You’ll prioritize business issues and effectively managing resources to meet Kellogg needs. In addition, you’ll be examining the impact of competitive trends and overall macro-economic trends on price and promotions and developing solution.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Extensive analytical experience
• Expert knowledge of price and trade investment optimization
• Working knowledge of econometric / modeling concepts (e.g. Marketing Mix Models, Regression, Segmentation Analysis, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence)
• Strong understanding of sales data streams and systems (For example, IRI, Nielsen, POS, Panel, Loyalty, Media, Social, others)
• Ability to understand and explain complex methodologies and outcomes in ways customers can leverage and apply
• Strong presentation and communication skills including experience presenting to senior management
