Job Description
• Lead the development of global strategies across ecommerce, marketing and retention to drive growth
• Responsible for the digital ordering user experiences & ongoing optimization through data driven insights
• Drive growth across digital ordering channels including delivery, click & collect, and kiosk ordering
• Develop strong relationships and influence global markets to align on strategic priorities
• Manage global relationship with key technology partners and ensure digital platforms support key growth strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the innovation strategy for the next generation ordering (table service, voice, chatbot, etc.)
• Develop strategies for growing brand loyalty, driving customer retention and creating personalized experiences
• Share digital marketing best practices and performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI
• Provide ongoing coaching to team and markets globally to grow as digital leaders

Minimum Requirements
Role requirements:
• University Degree in related field, MBA preferred
• 7+ years relevant experience
• Have experience running or managing an eCommerce business
• High ability to perform multiple tasks and handle changing priorities successfully in a fast paced environment with little direct supervision, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• High degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Integrity and work ethic are non-negotiable
• Strong team player and solutions-oriented
Prefer, but not required:
• Franchisee experience
• Global experience
• Consulting experience to help evolve organizational eCommerce strategy and capabilities
