Job Description:
Responsible for the development and execution of a supply chain strategy that reduces global operating costs while meeting service level obligations. Lead all activities and budgets within Belkin’s Global Supply and Demand Planning, Forecasting and Inventory Management functions alongside the development of Belkin’s global Logistics strategy management of in house and 3PL warehousing and all inbound/outbound operations.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
• Lead the cross-functional Belkin Forecasting and Inventory management process. Own the process for the regular reviews between Regional Planning, Sales, Global & Regional PM and Finance to review forecasts and forecast accuracy, channel sales and inventory, inventory levels, fill rate, days of supply, and excess inventory versus budget.
• Accountable for the effectiveness of the Sales & Operations Planning meetings (Regional Sales forecast reviews; Sales forecast sign-off & Regional and Global S&OP sign-off meetings). Ensure attendance and quality of inputs and outputs. Ensure actions plans are taken and followed up to resolution.
• Partner with Global & Regional PM teams and Sales on New Product Introduction and Customer transition forecasting and inventory management process to achieve business on-time and on-volume goals.
• Ensure planning provide accurate long-term forecasts to our Global Purchasing and Manufacturing teams so that they can manage our Vendor base to support cost reduction, support pull in and push out initiatives and cost avoidance initiatives.
• Take a leadership role in defining the Global process for advanced planning methods, systems, reporting and tools, in order to improve forecast accuracy, customer service results and inventory optimization.
• Optimize Belkin’s distribution and logistics network to enable a lean supply chain that effectively serves desired markets and meets financial objectives.
• Oversee production of, negotiate and implement all operational Tenders covering outsourced warehousing solutions Inbound and outbound Air, Ocean Rail and Road operations
• Design and govern supply chain processes that include key performance metrics and reporting analysis that help achieve global supply chain goals.
• Utilizing cost to serve methodology and associated tools ensure regular reviews of operational efficiency and network design to drive cost reductions and/or improve customer delivery
• Prepare and submit an annual budget, manage effectively within the budget.
• Lead a high-performance team that is accountable for key performance metrics related to supply chain and logistics performance alongside group reporting and global project management.
• Cultivate and maintain key internal and external relationships and build a process to work cross-functionally with teams globally to accomplish supply chain goals.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• 10-15 years of senior management global planning and logistics experience required, preferably in consumer products
• Extensive experience in supply chain planning within a global organization required
• Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional business partners
• Degree level education and equivalent senior operations experience required
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Logility demand/inventory planning systems preferred
• Systems thinking mindset - ability to understand impacts from supply chain across on other functions
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Exceptional computer literacy including proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and strong process management capabilities necessary
• Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of complex projects
• Results orientated with a strong focus on the customer (both internal and external)
