Job Description
Lead marketing communications, digital marketing and customer marketing for Product Care’s $1B+ region. Responsible for growing demand and increasing customer advocacy and retention, aligning with Product Care’s Strategic Plan. Direct reports will include Channel Marketing Strategy Manager and Channel Marketing Operations Manager for the region.
Responsibilities
• Lead Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing strategy and implementation for North America–set the strategic direction and implementation plans for NAM in collaboration with Region Marketing Lead to align with strategic objectives and sales goals defined in Product Care Strategic plan and NAM AOP
• Lead NAM Customer Marketing Team-Direct reports include Channel Marketing Strategy Manager and Channel Marketing Operations Manager.
• Develop communications strategy and marketing plan for Channel to support Channel Segmentation Strategy and increase the franchise value of SEE– build tiered communications strategy and integrated marketing plan for Channel to support Channel segmentation strategy and build awareness to upsell/cross-sell Product Care products & services
• Accountable for meeting Channel NAM revenue target of +$500mm – lead demand generation and customer retention plans for NAM Channel
• Direct content development for NAM:Capture customer and market insights to identify new opportunities and content for the development of targeted demand stimulation campaigns and to support Enterprise/Large Deal engagements in collaboration with Region Marketing Lead and Product Marketing Leaders.
• Develop and execute communications strategy for Enterprise/Large Deal Engagements
• Partner with Global Marketing Communications and Product Marketing to develop demand stimulation marketing campaigns –collaborate with Global Marketing and Region Product Marketing teams to design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to build awareness and demand in targeted market segments and product categories, maximizing our use of digital and social channels
• Collaborate with the marketing teams of strategic partners –maximize our utilization of our strategic partners’ existing marketing communications channels and sales channels
• Define key metrics and develop tracking program– develop monthly dashboard to communicate progress in customer marketing key metrics to our stakeholders
Qualifications
• BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing or related field
• Experienced strategic thinker with proven data analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms
• Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive demand, customer engagement and advocacy.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
• Team player
• Ability to travel overnight
• Demonstrated ability to champion change and influence and facilitate results in a complex organization
• Excellent relationship building skills complemented by the proven ability to work with others, especially across team boundaries
• Strong leadership, creativity, and planning/execution skills
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with creative flair to bring fresh ideas into the development and execution of integrated campaigns to drive demand and customer engagement
• Intellectually curious, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to be self-directed and handle ambiguous environments
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Analytics and business analysis experience is a plus
