POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Digital Strategy Organization reports to the Chief Marketing Officer in defining and directing key initiatives across all regions and business functions. We are looking for a customer-centric and have continuously demonstrated strategic & analytical abilities and are laser focused on executing at scale.
The Director will own and drive the global product strategy for the Digital Asset Management Tool Set. In this role he/she is responsible for directing the Digital Asset Management Program This position will be responsible for leading, working with and aligning key senior stakeholders across the organization and in the regions. The position will work cross functionally with Worldwide Product Marketing, Worldwide Creative Services, Corporate Communications, Worldwide Sales and others to lead and manage an integrated digital roadmap for the toolset.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Set the product strategy, priorities and roadmap, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, in order to achieve engagement and business goals
• Manage feature & functionality roadmap for the Digital Asset Management program
• Develop workflows based on a detailed understanding of Herbalife Nutrition asset users and creators (employees, regions and distributors)
• Manage risk, drive business results, and deliver compelling features to drive worldwide user and creator adoption & engagement
• As business requirements are translated to product and technical requirements, ensure the tool set continues to meet user needs and appropriate tradeoffs are made throughout the product delivery/development cycle
• Support a Digital Product Management culture that incorporates best practices in human centered design, data and testing, and agile development.
• Collaborate closely with regional and cross functional team to ensure that the product solution delivers against regional business objectives & partner needs
• Design and direct governance processes and standards across taxonomy, tagging and asset organization to create an easy to use and engaging tool set that serves to activate engage creators, users, publishers and distributors with brand content
• Monitor data insights regarding asset and workflow performance that identify opportunities for ongoing improvements for both the tool set but content utilization
• Drive thought leadership and knowledge transfer across regions and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in asset utilization and digital traffic growth and engagement
• Work closely with the Digital Transformation Steering Committee in regard to product strategy, opportunities and investment recommendations
• Build and manage budgets for the tool set during annual planning cycles.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills:
• Expertize in directing feature/functionality roadmap for digital products
• Strong organizational skills, ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration
• Work with business teams to define user, feature, functionality and product requirements
• Understanding of workflow mapping and defining opportunities to drive efficiencies for global users
• Advanced knowledge of the mechanics and best practices of asset management systems
• Ability to distill complex technical matters depending on your audience
• Exceptional product, process, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Clear, strategic thinker with vision who can also be hands-on in driving execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
• 10 years of digital product management, product marketing, or launch management experience
• 3 years in leadership/management role
• Demonstrated track record of success as a global digital product strategy
• Experience successfully managing large cross-functional teams including agencies/vendors
• Demonstrated fluency with marketing technology platforms, customer experience/journey mapping/persona frameworks and project implementation
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule and budget for for enterprise projects.
Education:
• A minimum education level of: BA/BS Degree (4-year) in a related field
• General knowledge of digital commerce tools including but not limited to Adobe Suite, Workfront, Sysmos
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn required business systems.

• Passion for nutrition, health and wellness
• MLM experience
• MBA or Master’s degree or higher degree
• M.B.A or advanced degree preferred
